A native of Louisville, Ky, Virginia studied dance, music, and formed a lifelong love of photography from her father and writing from her mother. She attended Columbia College Chicago where she studied film, television and theatre.
After producing and acting in two local television shows, and performing with several Chicago theatre companies, she received a grant to attend the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England. She worked with such British greats as George Hall, Alan Rickman, Paola Dionasotti, Ben Kingsley and many others. Returning stateside, she did touring theatre for several years throughout the U.S. In Los Angeles she works in television, film and theatre, wherever there's a great story to tell.
Virginia enjoys hiking, horseback riding, sailing and gardening. She is a descendant of three signers of the Declaration of Independence, loves antiques, old homes and never met a flea market she didn’t like.
